A New Page the opening of 2011 – Happy #NewYear
Like opening a book
reading the first line
Putting on a garment
for the very first time
how do you feel
when a life is brand new
I want to hold my breath
yes tis true
As a new light shines
on a brand new day
put on my new clothes
romp and play
I’ll be facing the challenges
trials too
writing my heart on these pages
it’s what I do
Open the new year
so fresh and clean
there will be mistakes
those we don’t mean
the first look I get
I peek in at you
to 2011
my heart will be true

One of he things I like best about the new year is the hope for what’s ahead, the feeling of getting a new start.

Yes ma’am it will be great if I can remember to write 11 on the checks instead of 10 for the next three or four months. I have serious case calendar disconnect and today is Sunday which is the day after Saturday, you could say time is less.
