The WordPress Photo Challenge this week is “Habits.”  What habits are part of your day???

I guess since I just hit the 1300 post mark I will need to celebrate (with a cup of coffee)

Thank you for visiting Moondustwriter. One of the many exciting things I've had the honor of doing is writing with an E. African team that is developing elementary curriculum for African children. As a writer, it is a thrill to help children (on all continents) who want to learn. I've been part of the blogging community for more than 10 years. Some old timers may remember the award winning (2011 Twitter Shorty ) blog community - One Stop Poetry. I was the co-producer of that fast growing blog community. I am a published writer, poet, artist and photographer. I have written, as well as edited, for periodicals, radio, blogs and fellow writers. There are many facets to this moon - thanks for stopping by.

  1. Excellent poem.Do you sit and write what your brain delivers,in that case I know who will take the trophy when November ends. Bookmark it,it will come in handy!

    1. My poetry writing process is all inspiration base. I either see a picture or a scene and write or I see the image of the poem I want to write in my head. The photography has made the poetry flow like water. My writing is not the same though I seem to have an over abundance of flow in both cases (maybe all those years I was busy tending to small children and unable to jot a word down)

    2. Congrats on your one year! I can’t believe I’m still boigglng after a year as well. I never seem to have enough time to read, write, comment and prepare all the things I want to do. I wonder what I did with all that free time when I had it?

    1. Hi, my wife and I are getting a drcvioe after 15 years of marriage and three children. We are both not on the same page about this drcvioe, but she is eager to move on and we are just getting into parenting plans and financial matters. I’ve tried counseling, one on one, but I think I may get more out of group therapy. I’m away next week but would like to attend one or more of your meetings the week of the 21st. Is there any other information you can provide for me?? Thank you.

  2. Love this, Leslie. It’s a wonderful thing to take time to really appreciate all that is around us without distraction. Wishing you a delight-filled weekend!
