Man’s Best Friend #atozchallenge #haiku

Never file a complaint

tales wag no matter the weather

 there to catch my tears

Yes today’s D is Dog.  I am at present without a four-legged friend but hope to have a new furry  friend by year’s end.

Do you have a four legged friend?

Thank you for visiting Moondustwriter. In 2019, we started working with an E. African team developing elementary curriculum for African children. As a writer, it is a thrill to help children who want to learn. As a bio major and nurse, it is exciting to use my knowledge to encourage young minds to love science. I've been part of the blogging community for more than 10 years. Some old timers may remember the award winning (2011 Twitter Shorty ) blog community - One Stop Poetry. I was the co-producer of that fast growing blog community. I am a published writer, poet, artist and photographer. I have written, as well as edited, for periodicals, radio, blogs and fellow writers. There are many facets to this moon - thanks for stopping by.

  1. What a fun post! I love having four-foots about. We currently live with an old dog named Coyote, who we call “Lumpy” because she’s got lipomas on her back and sides; and three cats, Boria, Nadya, and Kolya. They keep us busy. Vacuuming. ~grin~

  2. My felion is currently perched across the back of my neck, tail waving across my face on one side, paws scrunching on the other side. I will share this poem with my sis who just lost her beloved 4-legged.

  3. I love this poem! But I find myself reading “tales” as “tails” and wondering if that was intentional or not!
